- All ticket sales are final. Refunds only available up to 30 days prior to the event, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
- Digital tickets will be delivered via email upon successful payment. Please check your spam folder.
- You must present a valid digital or printed ticket at the event entrance.
- Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. We do not accept Monopoly money or promises of laughter.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in ticket cancellation and potential legal action.
4. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If an event is canceled, you’ll be eligible for a refund or ticket transfer to a rescheduled date.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. No exchanges necessary.
- We are not responsible for personal scheduling conflicts or alien abductions
